Visit your local branch. You can find your closest location below.
Notify a Member Service Representative about your lost/stolen debit or credit card. The MSR will then cancel your lost/stolen card and provide you with a replacement card by mail. Your replacement card will arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

If you are reporting a lost/stolen card after hours, please call us at (904) 259-6702, select option 5, then option 1 for Credit Cards or option 2 for Debit Card. A representative will assist you to cancel your card and order a replacement. You can expect to receive your replacement card in the mail within 7 to 10 business days.
